OLIVIA JAMPOL
Olivia (she/her) is a bilingual writer, director, and actor living in Brooklyn. She grew up on a coffee farm and hotel in Costa Rica and studied filmmaking at Harvard University.
Her films are surreal and subversive, combining elements of horror, magical realism, thriller, and dark comedy through unapologetic female protagonists in surprising and immersive worlds. Her Harvard senior thesis JEANNIE was acquired by the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MoCAD) and her newest short, IFFY, premiered at the 2024 Dallas International Film Festival.
Olivia is currently in development of her feature directorial debut, HOMESTALKER, a surreal psychological thriller set in Brooklyn. The script was shortlisted for the Sundance Development Lab, a semifinalist for the Black List Features Lab and the Austin Film Festival (including for the Enderby Entertainment Award).
HOMESTALKER was recently 1 of 14 narrative features to participate in the 2025 Gotham Project Market Week, where it was honored as a “U.S. Feature In Development to Watch” at the Gotham Week Honors!
Olivia is also an AEA/SAG-AFTRA actress, recognized for her strong presence and sense of humor.
